Candidates applying for the upcoming UPSC exam will have to provide basic personal information after registering on the OTR platform.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has introduced ‘One Time Registration’ (OTR) facility for recruitment examinations. Candidates will not have to fill basic details every time while applying for various recruitment exams.
Candidates applying for the upcoming UPSC exam will have to provide basic personal information after registering on the OTR platform. This will save time and simplify the application process, a senior official said on Wednesday. It will also save you from entering wrong information. The information will be saved on the Commission’s servers upon completion of registration.
24 hours facility available
OTR will be very useful for the candidates. It will be available 24 hours a day on the Commission’s website. At the time of applying online, 70 percent of the information will be self-recorded.
