Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny Big Game Teaser Trailer Features Friends, Enemies, and Younger Indy

The big game teaser trailer for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny has arrived and it features another look at young Indy alongside Mads Mikkelsen’s Jürgen Voller and Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s Helena.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is set to release in theaters on June 30, 2023, and will be the fifth entry in the franchise that first began with 1981’s Raiders of the Lost Ark.

We still don’t know much about Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, we do know Ford, Mickelson, and Waller-Bridge will be joined by Antonio Banderas, John-Rhys Davis, Shawnette Renee Wilson, Thomas Kreisman, Toby Jones. Boyd Holbrook, Oliver Richters, and Ethan Isidore. Additionally, Logan’s James Mangold will direct the film.

Speaking of Mangold, the director confirmed that fans would be able to see an older Harrison Ford in the opening moments of the film because he wanted audiences to get an “adrenaline” rush from seeing a young Indiana Jones in action.

Mangold explained, “I wanted a chance to dive into this kind of full-on George-and-Steven old picture and give the audience an adrenaline rush.” “Then we’re out, and you find yourself in 1969… The audience doesn’t experience the change between the 40s and 60s as an intellectual conceit, but literally the spirit of those early days of robbery Let’s experience… and then the beginning of now”
